Dave Tse

Hey,

My name is Dave Tse, and I'm 18 years old. Now I'm in a gap year. In September 2022, I'm going to start the training game artist at the Grafisch Lyceum in Utrecht. I would like to design games later on. 

How did I start playing badminton?

I started playing badminton when I was 11 years old because of my friends. They took me to OSM Maarssen. Badminton seemed to suit me and I really enjoyed it! Since then, I have been playing badminton at OSM Maarssen.

Where do I play now?

I now play in the 3rd division at BV Houten. At the moment, I train there twice a week. I also train once at OSM Badminton Maarssen and twice at BTF Masterclass in Almere. My week is well filled with training sessions!

My favourite games are the men's singles and the mixed doubles. The long rallies are what I like most about the matches, because there I can challenge my condition. Of course, this also makes the match a lot more exciting to play.

In the future, I hope to be able to grow to the 1st division!

Give badminton training!

Besides badminton, I also train the children of OSM Badminton Maarssen on Saturday morning. What I like about training is the energy of the children and the progress you see after a few weeks of training. This motivates me and the children!
