Adam Janssens
Start of my career
I started playing badminton at a very young age, inspired by my father's involvement in managing the club. As soon as I could walk, I picked up a racket and began playing.
What steps have you taken in training and competition?
Until I turned 14, I trained with the LFBB (Ligue Francophone Belge de Badminton). At 15, I joined the LFBB's high-performance training center, where I trained for 17 hours a week, Monday through Friday, while boarding.
Since then, I’ve won several tournaments, including major events in my country, and became the Belgian U15 champion. I also participated in the U15 European Championships in Ibiza in 2022 and competed in numerous international U15 and U17 tournaments, where I reached quarter-finals and semi-finals.
What are your goals for the future?
My goal is to reach the top ranks in European badminton. I am committed to working hard and will never give up on achieving this dream!
Together with KW FLEX Online badminton shop, we are going for it!
