Christmas & New Year

Dear Customer,

Like many people, our team is ready for the vacation and celebrating with our families. Therefore, the store is closed from December 25 to January 5. During this period, it is still possible to place orders in our webshop.

The delivery time of online orders may take up to 5 days*. Responses via email and Whatsapp will be slower during the holiday, and this can sometimes take a few days. It is not possible to contact us by phone.

*Only valid for products KW FLEX has in stock. Several suppliers are closed and will not ship orders again until January 6. Therefore, a longer delivery time applies to those products.

All orders will be processed as standard again starting January 6.

Returns

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return your orders between December 24 and January 5, as we are unable to receive and process the orders. We can still process all returns received before December 25.

Return term extended

Of course, the return period is automatically extended by 2 weeks. Do you have a product that needs to be returned? Please do so after January 5. We will process the returns as soon as possible.

 

After our vacation we are happy to help you again with renewed energy, as you are used to from us.
