Just like many others, our team is also ready for a holiday.

Therefore, our store will be closed from April 25th until May 4th.
During this period, it is still possible to place orders in our webshop.

Online orders will be shipped again starting May 2nd*.

Availability

Until May 2nd, we will also be unable to respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls.
It will not be possible to contact us by phone.

*Only applicable for products that KW FLEX has in stock. Otherwise, it may take a few more days due to supplier delivery times.

Returns

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to return your orders between April 26th and May 4th, as we are unable to receive and process returns during this time.

Extended return period

Of course, the return period will automatically be extended by 1 week.
Do you have a product you wish to return? Please do so after May 4th.
We will then process your return as soon as possible.

After our holiday, we will be happy to assist you again with renewed energy, just as you are used to from us.
